Compliments, suggestions or complaints

We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and quality of service. We spend time trying to improve, and we are always interested to hear feedback, both good and bad.

If you have any suggestions about our service or are unhappy with the attention you have received, please contact us. You can send us an email using this form, or email us directly.  There is a suggestion box at the Medical Centre, where you may make written comment.

We have an internal procedure for handling every complaint about the quality of medical care, and we will keep you informed. This email form will be received by the Partners and the Practice Manager (Tracy Clarke), and will be discussed if relevant with any individual employee or doctor that might be named.

If we do not address your complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the Health Services Commissioner.  Their service is free and confidential, and helps consumers make their concerns known to service providers, and helps resolve complaints.
