Dr Aoun Rizvi

Dr Aoun Rizvi graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from The University of Melbourne in 2018. He completed hospital training for a few years at the various campuses of The Northern Hospital in Victoria before moving into general practice at the start of 2022.

Dr Rizvi joined Westcare early 2024 and became a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of GPs the same year. He thoroughly enjoys caring for all his patients, and it is particularly important to Dr Rizvi that his patients feel both heard and respected.

Dr Rizvi is interested in many aspects of general practice, including men's health, women's health, children's health, chronic disease management, mental health, preventative health, pregnancy care and iron infusions

In his spare time, Aoun enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring the Melbourne food scene, and learning about his language and culture.
