Dr Graham Jacobs
Dr Graham Jacobs has worked in Melton continuously since 1989 and knows the community well. He has committed himself to teaching and training for many years, and his achievements have been recognised with Supervisor (Educator) of the Year awards nationally and within Victoria.
Dr Jacobs is committed to being a family doctor, caring for generations within one family, and providing continuity of care for patients. He undertook Paediatric training at the Royal Children’s Hospital in the late 1980s and was part of the training programme for a period before choosing to move into General Practice.
Dr Jacobs has a special interest in Paediatrics, skin checks and minor surgery, having obtained his Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery from Queensland University. He enjoys the challenge of managing patients with chronic diseases, especially heart disease, respiratory disease and diabetes.
