Dr Lynn Tun

Dr Lynn Tun provides comprehensive family medical care and has experience across a wide range of medical settings, including rural healthcare and emergency medicine. He is committed to providing personalised care and supporting patients with both their immediate and ongoing health needs.

Dr Tun graduated from the Institute of Medicine 1, Yangon, Myanmar, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He worked across a variety of medical fields and hospitals before relocating to Australia in 2010, where he continued to work in diverse medical environments while completing training in emergency medicine.

Dr Tun moved to Melbourne in 2020 and has worked in General Practice since. He joined the Westcare Family Medical Centre team in June 2021 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

His areas of interest include family medicine, chronic and complex medical conditions, minor skin procedures, iron deficiency and anaemia, children’s health, and women’s health, including pregnancy and contraception.
