Physiotherapist | Erica Fernandes

Erica is a highly qualified Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, a Master of Physiotherapy Practice, and postgraduate training in Women's and Men's Pelvic Health and Continence. She has a special interest in pelvic health, women's health, pregnancy and postnatal care, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Erica provides evidence-based assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic floor concerns, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, and postnatal recovery. She is trained in internal pelvic floor assessment, real-time ultrasound assessment, manual therapy, and tailored exercise prescription.

With a holistic and compassionate approach, Erica combines hands-on physiotherapy with mindfulness-based strategies to support both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.
